We aim to provide assistance to the needy that is both substantial and meaningful assistance. Individually, we may not able to change the world, but together we strive to help individuals and communities to get on their feet.Building a world where everyone is safe, strong and  valued.

Who We Are

Having seen the need of technological  social and entreprenueral skills among youths and the community at large in Kenya. Hands of Charity organisation was formed together with others in the community to support members in Kenya especially in Bungoma County.

The organisation is meant to offer voluntary and volunteer services to the community to support the community members both in school and community.

Our mission is to be the charity platform of choice, for contributers, volunteers and beneficiaries to connect.Making charitable giving a part of everyones life.

Our vision is to Work shoulder to shoulder with students, educators, and community members to support the social and personal growth of community members. The impact Hands of charity has on members fuels a lifelong commitment to their students and shapes the trajectory of their lives and careers.

What We Do

01.

— We Build Talent

We foster an environment where talented individuals can inherit strength that each other can offer.Individuals with talents in sports, art, music, science and technology are grouped  in collaborative and productive  teams.Hence producing a sustainable culture.Talented individuals will have the necessary aptitudes, skills, temperament and emotional intelligence required to nurture them.

02.

— We Build Networks

By bringing together volunteers, donors and beneficiaries we aim at building connections among our members. This plays an inevitable part in their social lives and career. It also opens up opportunities for our members.

03.

— We Strengthen

In partnership with Center for law and research international(CLARION) we did a gender rights mainstreaming project in schools. The project was successful in creating awareness of human rights especially gender rights among students and teachers in schools on accessing equal opportunities for both men and women.

04.

— We Educate

we develop literacy skills and a habit of reading among primary school children, and support children to complete secondary school with the relevant life skills to succeed in school and beyond.
05.

— We Sensitize

We have incorporated a HIV/AIDS Awareness Programme through digital learning whose aim is to empower and increase the awareness to participants of HIV/AIDS, its impact, management and availability of support systems. This is to encourage early testing and lifestyle changes that will thereby reduce and prevent further infection.
06.

— We Empower

We empower community members with productive skills through a training curriculum.Which aims at  inbuilding sustainable productive skills among members. This also helps in utilisaton of the locally available raw materials.
